Return & Refund Policy – JingleTails™ Christmas Pet Beds
At JingleTails™, every holiday pet bed — from our Sleigh Beds to our Christmas Tree Cave Bed — is carefully inspected before it ships so your pet's gift arrives ready to spark joy. Because pet bedding is a hygiene-sensitive product, we keep our policies clear, fair, and transparent.
🛑 Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase and before the order has been shipped. Once your JingleTails™ bed has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — please wait for delivery and, if applicable, follow the return instructions below. To request a cancellation, email us right away at help@jingletails.shop with your order number.
🧾 Return Eligibility
Because these are pet beds, returns are only accepted if the product is in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and free of any pet hair, odor, or wear — in resellable condition. To qualify, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once a returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
📦 Opened Packages
Once a JingleTails™ bed has been opened or used by a pet, it cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons — unless it arrived damaged, defective, or missing parts. If your order arrives with an issue, contact help@jingletails.shop within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, clear photos of the product, and photos of the packaging and shipping label. Our team will review and provide a resolution.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products
If your JingleTails™ bed arrives with manufacturing defects or shipping damage, we'll work quickly to make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer replacement parts, a full replacement unit, or a refund when applicable. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
🚫 Lost or Stolen Packages
JingleTails™ is not responsible for packages lost in transit or stolen after delivery. If tracking shows "Delivered" but your package hasn't arrived, please contact your local carrier to file a claim.
🐕 AI Content Notice
Some of our marketing images and videos are created or enhanced using AI tools to showcase styling and concepts. Product photos of the actual item reflect what you receive. Colors, fur textures, and sizing may vary slightly from screen to product.
📏 Sizing / Fit
JingleTails beds are one-size, designed to fit most dogs — from small breeds up to large dogs like German Shepherds. Fit depends on your dog's age, build, and how they like to curl or sprawl, so please keep that in mind before ordering. Larger dogs may use it as a cozy nook rather than a full stretch-out bed.
